Butter, Parmesan, Garlic Zucchini Noodles served with Honey, Lime, Mint Watermelon
This meal was a hit. Zucchnin noodles (zoodles) made with a vegetable spiralizer, then lightly baked and tossed with butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese. I served them with a side of honey, lime, mint watermelon. Recipe: Butter Parmesan Garlic Zucchini Noodles 5 medium sized zucchinis, spiralized into noodle shape Sea salt 3 cloves raw garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. butter Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spiralize your zucchinis then blot some of the water away using
